Claims:
All materials must be inspected prior to shipment. Claims for defective material must be made in
writing within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.
Adams Rite will have the option of replacing or repairing defective material.
No back charges will be honored for unauthorized work. Claims for back charges or defective
material must be made through Adams Rite, Pomona, California. A written description of the problem and a cost estimate must be submitted. Only the factory can authorize these claims.
Costs involved in field inspections made by Adams Rite or its agents at the request of the buyer are chargeable to the buyer if no Adams Rite error is detected.
Adams Rite will bear no liabilities for penalties, substitute materials, special damages, liquidated damages, loss or rents, etc. involved with delivery or manufacturing delays.

Limited Warranty:
Adams Rite Manufacturing Co. (hereinafter ADAMS RITE) manufactures its products in a manner to be free of defects. Should any defect of manufacture (in material or
workmanship) occur in its products within a period of
5 years from date of manufacture, ADAMS RITE, upon
prompt notification and proof to its satisfaction that the
product was defective in manufacture for the use intended by ADAMS RITE, will at its option, exchange the product,
repair the defect, or refund the price charged by ADAMS RITE, FOB Factory.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE) AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ADAMS RITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES FROM SUCH CAUSES AS ABUSE, ACCIDENT, NEGLECT, FIRE OR FREIGHT DAMAGE.
